Product arrived as promised and was a very easy install
Purchased fishhawk 4D 5 years ago and and it has helped bring many fish to the net. Had a problem with the battery case when unit was out of warranty. Called fishhawk customer service and was told where to send for repair. Received probe back within 10 days repaired and calibrated and put back in service. Very pleased with product support and employees that took care of my issues. FishHawk is a must have, especially for Lake Michigan salmon.

O ring tips
They are different size. Get them in the right place. Gently lubricate so the don’t distort. Use visibility through the plastic to confirm a good seal. Don’t tighten too much or you will distort them into not sealing. Once it leaks the battery pack will eventually corrode and then you will need one of those.

The thicker o-ring on my probe broke when I was changing batteries. Price and shipping was reasonable and arrived in a few days, saved me having to try and find the correct ones otherwise. In hindsight I should have ordered a second set for spares.
