I was extremely happy with the lady that help me. I had ordered the wrong cord and I told that I really needed the right cord like yesterday and she said she would put a rush on. She gave me a # to put on the return package and I received it in 2 days. Great service thank you!

I didn’t have this technology on my boat the early years of salmon fishing. I thought I did well. Since I’ve tried several products and second guessed everything. The units weren’t consistent. They would work then fail. So I purchased another brand, upgrade antennas and cables etc. Even with your early models. But that’s changed with the x4D. I love using it.Half the fun for me is fixation on my chart plotter, sounder, and the X4. Works great and I have confidence in it. It just verifies what I already know. Just kidding. Thanks for your hard work in producing a sound product with excellent customer service.

Fish Hawk makes a great product and backs it up with great customer service. I fish salmon out of Northern Michigan and using the probe has increased my productivity significantly. I am somewhat rough on my salmon gear so I needed some repair work done on my unit this year. The people at Fish Hawk got the repairs done quickly and at a very reasonable price, even reversing some of the damage I had done trying to fix it myself and upgrading the power cord mating. We have a short season, so I was reluctant to send it in at all, but they worked very quickly and I had it back on the boat a few days after sending it out.
