Fish Hawk X4 Probe
Fish Hawk products seem to be very high quality. I unfortunately broke a downrigger cable and lost my probe. I was very pleased with the quick turnaround with my replacement probe. Thank you!

X4 probe
Karen, was very efficient and friendly. Spee-dee delivered it and I had it in 2 days! Wish there was a more fail safe as my Downrigger cable broke at the termination at no fault of the probe. A audio alert would be nice in case the probe gets close to the lake bottom. Thanks for a good product and great service. Good Job!

X4 Probe
Love the product. use to have a depth raider and thats absolute garbage compared to your product. I have broken the probe a couple times now. Was told thats caused by not unscrewing the cap after use. I wasn't aware of that until I spoke with other fisherman that have had the same problem. Was wondering if using lithium ion batteries would make a difference?
