I can't say enough good about Fishhawk, their product and customer support. Their staff are just plain great to work with. Had a problem, very hard to solve but Fishhawk support was always there, always patient and clearly committed to delivering 5 star service. I would buy from them again in a heart beat. Glad I’m able to buy necessary pieces. I sold my old boat but was able to keep the control unit and probe. This will allow me to just run the new wiring.

5 Fixed the issues

I was having issues with intermittent data to the head unit. I sent in the probe and head unit, Fish Hawk tested and confirmed it was fine. - I ordered the transducer as the last part of the puzzle and it fixed the issues I was having. Very happy with the product now.

Transducer is great. Don't listen to the internet, use screws or bolts to secure backer board not just 3M 5200.
